Developed and implemented a comprehensive Post-Production Whitepaper detailing the complete data lifecycle from set to final delivery. This document established standard operating procedures for the entire post team.

On-Set DIT & Data Management
Engineered a seamless media pipeline from production to post. All camera media was offloaded from shuttle drives to redundant master drives using DaVinci Resolve’s Clone Tool, secured with xxhash 64 checksum verification. From there, I built a standardized folder structure and transcoded editorial proxies in Resolve, ensuring a clean, rapid turnover to the editing team.
Managing the chaos of multiple segment editors across a hybrid workflow. I engineered a network-based (LucidLink) Premiere pipeline and an interactive tracking system to seamlessly bridge off-site cutting with in-person quality checks.

Building a solid workflow is as much about supporting the team as it is about managing the data. I lead with a people first approach and focus on keeping things collaborative so our segment editors and directors had exactly what they needed to cross the finish line smoothly. All that groundwork paid off when Episode 108 aired on WABE TV on June 25th, and the ChefATL series as a whole went on to win a regional Emmy.
While my main focus was Post Supervising Episode 108, I actually had my hands in a heavy block of the season across Episodes 105 through 109.
Episode 108 Post Supervision and Workflow On top of running the post pipeline, I built a completely custom Premiere workflow just to handle the specific needs of this episode. I also recruited and managed a student VFX team. Taking a people first approach meant giving them the resources they needed to succeed so I could stay fully focused on overall supervision and coordination.
Episode 108 and 109 On Set DIT I stepped in to handle the on set DIT work for both of these episodes, managing the data and keeping all the media completely secure.
Episodes 105, 106, and 107 Broadcast Finishing I worked directly with my professor to do the final finishing touches on these three episodes. We were executing last minute fixes and QC up until the day before they aired to make sure they were perfectly ready for WABE TV broadcast.
Episode 107 Editorial I jumped in as an assistant editor and editor to keep the cut organized and get the project moving forward.
